We specialize in installing customer-supplied commercial vinyl graphics for sign shops, print providers, agencies, rollout companies and project managers.
Our role is to complete the approved installation scope professionally, protect the contracting company’s customer relationship and provide the communication and documentation the project team needs.

Wicked’s role is to take responsibility for the approved installation scope, communicate clearly and help move the project toward completion. We are not there to create more follow-up work for the person who hired us.

Wicked operates as an installation partner. Our responsibility is to complete the assigned installation, represent the contracting company professionally and direct project communication through the approved project team.
We do not use installation access as an opportunity to sell signage, promote fabrication services, solicit additional work or compete for the contracting company’s customer.

Installation Support Should Not Be a Last Resort
Outside installation support is often requested only when a project is already behind, the original installer is unavailable or a customer relationship is under pressure.
It should not have to reach that point.
A dependable installation partner allows a sign shop or project-management team to accept work outside its normal service area, manage overlapping schedules and complete larger programs without losing control of the customer relationship.
Wicked exists to make specialized installation support easier to use from the beginning of the project—not only when something has already gone wrong.

The customer, sign shop, print provider or project-management team generally supplies the approved graphics, production specifications, placement information and required project materials.
Wicked supplies qualified installers, installation tools and professional field support for the approved installation scope.
We do not design, print, fabricate or sell the signage being installed.

Qualified regional, multi-location and specialty projects can take Wicked across Canada when the scope and schedule support the required travel.
Project coverage is planned around the actual requirements of the work. Service-area pages describe regions we travel to and do not imply that Wicked maintains offices or permanent crews in every city.
